Rebecca previously worked for RCI Europe for almost five years and held multiple roles in the company. Her most recent position was B2B Marketing Manager and Managing Editor of the company’s B2B magazine, which involved working with affiliated resorts to implement the marketing strategy. She was instrumental in executing RCI Europe’s rebrand in 2020 and has delivered several key strategic initiatives to grow the company’s footprint in the European region. Prior to joining RCI Europe, Rebecca gained experience in the education and housebuilding sectors.
As a results-driven individual, Rebecca thrives on setting and achieving goals in both her personal and professional life. In this newly created role at HR Solutions, Rebecca aims to grow the company’s brand whilst implementing its marketing strategy, with a focus on automation and digital footprint.
Rebecca also brings a creative eye to the HR Solutions’ team, having recently completed an extensive renovation on her 18th century cottage. In her spare time, Rebecca enjoys taking her puppy for long walks and crossing off travel destinations on her bucket list. In 2015, she took a year out from her career to pursue her love of travel, visiting New Zealand, Fiji, Thailand and Vietnam before residing in Cairns, the gateway to the Great Barrier Reef, where she completed her PADI dive certification.
Rebecca’s Q&A
What is your greatest personal achievement?
My greatest personal achievement has to be the home I have built with my partner. We transformed a derelict cottage with no running water or electricity into a home we’re extremely proud of, especially after undertaking the majority of the renovation works ourselves.
What’s the best advice you have been given?
‘Believe in yourself, and you can achieve anything’ – my Dad has always encouraged me to have confidence in my abilities and this has inspired me to achieve my career goals and step outside of my comfort zone in my personal life. I’m terrified of heights yet I found the courage to jump out of a plane for a sky dive in Queenstown, NZ, and it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had.
What do you wish other people knew about HR Solutions?
