Dan’s role as Business Development Manager means he is responsible for partnering with SME businesses to identify their requirements and deliver personalised solutions for their HR, Health and Safety or Payroll needs.
Dan has a natural flair for building relationships and is extremely polite and welcoming to all of our clients, regardless of company size.
Dan takes pride in his detailed approach, having began his career in engineering upon achieving his degree at Coventry University.
Dan operates with precision and care when speaking to and meeting our clients. He is the first contact that many clients will have with our business and is a real asset to the team.
In his spare time, Dan enjoys taking long walks to relax and is also a member of the National Trust.

Don’t be the same, be better!

I enjoy the Star Wars movies – but not that much of a fan that I can reel off every planet/system/spaceship!
