Amber’s role as Business Development Executive means that she deals very closely with all prospects and clients, to establish and build a strong relationship with them, whilst assisting them through the first phase of their journey with HR Solutions.
Amber brings a wealth of sales experience to this role after working in the recruitment and property sector for a number of years. Amber enjoys meeting new clients, building relationships and helping ascertain the best solution for their outsourcing needs.
Amber is a very driven individual, both inside and outside of work. Recently, Amber has spent her spare time renovating her 18th century cottage, as well as running, biking and travelling.

What is your greatest personal achievement?
I would say renovating my house, planning my wedding and starting a new job all at the same time, I have always been really good at spinning lots of plates and relish a challenge!

My favourite film is The Proposal with Sandra Bullock – (The Scene with the dog has me laughing out loud).
What do you wish other people knew about HR Solutions?
As much as I tell all my new clients we really all are a fantastic team and give the best customer service and advice out there! They are extremely talented, and we really do care.
