We are always looking to expand on our training packages and have therefore increased our management training course offering after becoming an accredited ILM approved training centre.
All of the management training courses are accredited externally, and the new status adds ILM – the UK’s leading provider of leadership, management and coaching qualifications to our already extensive list of training programmes.
ILM Training Courses
Becoming an ILM training centre means that we can now offer specialist ILM qualifications in leadership and management, including ILM Level 3 and ILM Level 5. The ILM Level 3 Award comprises six online sessions and is for those who have management responsibilities but no formal training, including team leaders and people managers who will be leading people through organisational change, budget cuts or other pressures. The ILM Level 5 Award is designed for project managers, department heads, and other middle managers and comprises eight online sessions.

To become an ILM approved training centre, we have had to prove that we possessed the skills and knowledge required to deliver the courses and carry out internal quality control checks as well as hold regular meetings to review the training programmes.
The new status allows us to deliver industry-recognised qualifications that suit all career levels and gives access to a wide range of quality training materials, delivery and assessment resources.
Accredited Training Courses
In addition to the launch of the ILM training courses, we offer a wide range of CPD-accredited management training courses, from Managing Difficult Conversations to Effective Appraisal Skills. We also offer a wide range of essential Health and Safety training courses, from Fire Safety to First Aid, all of which can be booked at one of our training venues, or a venue of your choice.
