Juliet has since been promoted to Client Services Manager in December 2020. As well as a Business Degree specialising in HR & People Management, Juliet brings over 10 years of HR experience gained in a variety of industries such as Food, Retail, IT Consulting, Manufacturing, Charity, and most recently an Employment Law Consultancy.
Juliet covers a very generalist scope of HR issues, and loves the variety of different cases and queries that come her way, she especially enjoys researching the more obscure queries and topping up her knowledge by keeping abreast with all recent case law to ensure the advice she provides is compliant with employment law and best practice.
Juliet’s Q&A
What’s your greatest personal achievement?
Completing ocean swimming, island to island around Sardinia. This involved a week of gruelling open water swims to test endurance. Whilst this was an epic personal challenge, it did help that the water was lovely and warm and clear so I was able to do some marine life spotting along the way!
What’s the best bit of advice you've ever been given?
Never assume anything.
What is your favourite film?
Mr Magorium’s Wonder Emporium, because it gives an innocent view on the world whilst dealing with some serious life matters. It is also magical and reminds me that anything is possible!
What do you wish other people knew about HR Solutions?
Everyone within the company is enthusiastic about HR and helping our clients. I can honestly say that everyone gives a professional but personal service making clients feel at ease when going through difficult employment matters.
