Getting Ready for GDPR – A HR Perspective
By the end of the full day interactive workshop, you will understand the personal data that you hold in more detail; what your responsibilities are and have a plan of action to implement in your organisation. The General Data Protection Regulation will be enforced from 25th May, so now is the time to act to tie up any loose ends that you may still have regarding compliance. Overview
In this workshop we will discuss the various aspects of the incoming General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as well as provide you with a practical work book to enable you to prepare for GDPR compliance. By the end of the workshop you will understand; the personal data that you hold in more detail, what your responsibilities are and have a plan of action to implement in your organisation.

This workshop is suitable for everyone who has a responsibility for GDPR in their organisation, however the examples we shall use will be focused on employee data and HR processes.
