Continuing Professional Development (CPD) is the process of tracking and documenting the skills, knowledge and experience that you gather as you work.  Keeping a record of your CPD enables you to track your own development and path towards achieving your goals and quickly be able to see how far you’ve come in your professional development.

The Equality & Inclusion and the Disciplinary & Grievance training courses, that are delivered by HR Solutions, are CPD accredited.
