With unlimited advice, and a full review, including ongoing updates to your documentation you can rest assured that we have you covered. For further peace of mind our Employment Protection Cover will pick up the defence and award if a tribunal claim so long as our advice has been followed
HR Strategy and Service Model
Our service model is centred on protecting you and your business. Building on this strong core we are able to support your business efficiently in all aspects of HR, and assist your organisation as it grows and transforms. To demonstrate compliance, and make sure you are up to date with current legislation, we will review and update your employment contracts and policies and procedures, making recommendations and creating additional policies will bring you an extra level of protection.
You will receive advice on all employee relations cases, from managing performance to disciplinary, dismissal and grievance, TUPE and redundancy support where needed, including all relevant documentation and letters.
