Her journey from sales to then PA to CEO for an SME automotive partner, all involved HR Administration. She then landed a role in the HR Department of a ‘Top 100 Sunday Times Best Place to Work’ and ‘Great Place to Work Winner.’ Naomi has a broad range of experience and knowledge with a background in Education, Manufacturing, and Medical Devices. As well as being specialised in employee relations, handling complex disciplinary and grievance investigations.
Naomi has progressed throughout her career and believes that progression requires stepping up to the plate when required. During covid Naomi took on the role of HR Director for the company she was working for, having to remain open for the defence sector and support the Senior Leadership Team across three UK Sites whilst dealing with high absence rates and health and safety concerns.
Beyond HR, Naomi is a qualified Personal Trainer with a love for lifting weights in the gym. In her free time, she enjoys Cani-cross running cross country with Aero, her Australian Kelpie, and they’ve even won a race with adidas Terrex.
