Today, 31st March 2020, marks a significant date in the development of HR Solutions as Carol Guilford retires from the company that she created back in 2001.
In June 2001 Carol left British American Racing F1 to launch HR Solutions and immediately built an impressive client list; seeing the business go from strength to strength over the next decade and beyond.
The rapid growth of Carol’s client base was due to her flexible and supportive approach to helping small and medium sized businesses across Northamptonshire and further afield. Carol’s value driven approach with clients is still at the heart of how HR Solutions continues to support their clients.
Over the past few months, Carol dedicated time to visiting the clients that she has been looking after in order to introduce them to other members of the team that will be supporting them going forward. It is fair to say, that such is the relationship that Carol built up with these clients, that many of them have asked her to stay on and just look after them.
HR Solutions now boasts a strong team of 24 employees, supporting clients on the full range of HR and Payroll Services, with over 350 retained clients across the UK.
Everyone at HR Solutions wishes Carol a happy retirement and a special thank you from all the team for your dedication, customer service and supportive nature towards the whole team.
