Before joining HR Solutions, Bhavika worked at Santander UK for 18 years and Peninsula Business Services for nearly two years. Her various roles within key business functions have included being an HR Administrator and a Senior HR Advisor. She has completed a level 7 CIPD employment law module.
Of her long-term goals, Bhavika says she’s keen to grow with HR Solutions and continue with her personal development in human resources; as well as providing support and taking on any additional responsibilities that will contribute to the overall business objectives.
Bhavika’s Q&A
What is your greatest personal achievement?
I have many personal achievements, however, there is one in particular that resonates with me as it demonstrated my capabilities during my first part-time post. Whilst working as a Part-Time Sales Representative during University, I was assigned a set of targets which included bringing on board new clients. During my first month, I arranged a meeting and secured the business of what is now one of their largest clients.
What is your favourite film?
I am a huge Bollywood fan and true romantic at heart, so my favourite film has to be an Indian Bollywood called Chandni, (Moonlight). The film won multiple awards and it is considered to be one of the most iconic films of Bollywood Cinema.
What is the best advice you have ever been given?
Together everyone achieves more.
