Aftab is proficient in hugely diverse areas of law including contentious and non-contentious matters and has overseen HR operations for in excess of over 150 clients at any one time varying from sole traders to HR directors. He has the ability to navigate through a range of specialisms such as Disciplinaries, Grievances, Recruitment, Redundancy, TUPE, Absence Management, Appraisals, Employee Relations and much more in highly pressurised environments.

What’s your greatest personal achievement?
A group of my previous colleagues and I undertook a sponsored “walk to work”. I left my home at 4am and reached work at 10am. During the journey we were chased by some cows. Needless to say “we conquered”.
What’s the best bit of advice you’ve ever been given?
“Employment Law is not complicated and there is a solution to every scenario”.
What is your favourite film?
Now that’s a difficult one… It would have to be Snatch, Pulp Fiction and… Notting Hill (hush hush 😉 )
