Rob’s role
As a HR Consultant, I provide guidance and support for a number of clients.

Career progression
Previously I had only worked for large companies and so it is nice to now work with a smaller business, enabling me to speak regularly with the CEO which means that my requests are dealt with much more efficiently and ensure I can better support my clients.

Working at HR Solutions
What I enjoy most about my position is supporting my clients through stressful and difficult periods, and resolving their issues offering them peace of mind that they are in safe hands. I work with companies varies from just a few employees, up to a few hundred and so it’s nice to get a glimpse into the different industries that they operate in.

I would recommend HR Solutions to any HR professional that is looking at widening their experience around different business sectors. We work with a great team of people, full of experts and everyone is always happy to help and support each other.
