Juliet’s role
As a HR Client Services Manager, I manage the helpline team of advisors and consultants. I really enjoy supporting a wide range of clients in my role.

Career progression
I have been with HR Solutions for 6 years now. I joined the company as a HR Advisor, before becoming a HR Consultant and I am now in my third role as Client Services Manager. There are lots of ways to progress and develop your career with HR Solutions.

Working at HR Solutions
I really enjoy my role within HR Solutions, when I am in the HR Consultant role I am able to communicate with a number of different people, all in different and varied roles and support them with projects, particular cases, or employment issues that they need resolving.

I enjoy supporting my team and watching them grow and develop in their role is very rewarding to me. I would recommend HR Solutions as it is a great place to work, it is very flexible and everyone is lovely to work with.
