Debbie’s role
As an Operations Planner, Debbie schedules fire risk assessments for a number of clients and also reports on accidents that occur at multiple nurseries nationwide.

Career progression
In my previous role I worked very closely with Essential safety for many years. I found them to be very professional and helpful. When my circumstances changed I was offered a position with Essential Safety and I didn’t hesitate to join the team.

Company culture
Since Essential Safety has become a part of HR Solutions it has been great to work with more people who are all very well qualified and helpful. Day to day we all help each other and it is great to have so much advice and support in the office.

Working at Essential Safety
Since joining Essential Safety I have undertaken lots of training and I have just recently started an online qualification that I had wanted to for some time. Being a part of both the Essential Safety and HR Solutions team means that there are now more opportunities for career development than ever before.

Anybody that is considering a career with either Essential Safety or HR Solutions, I would highly recommend it, we have a brilliant team that is very supportive and overall it is a great place to work.
