HR Solutions is a leading firm of HR consultants and advisors; and we have recently made a key appointment to launch our new Health, Safety and Environment division, called HSE Solutions. Based in Kettering, we operate in a variety of industries and have a client list ranging from small care agencies to multinational technology firms.
To drive the thriving business further forward, HR Solutions has appointed Dominic Greenwood as its new Senior Health, Safety and Environmental Management Consultant.
Health and Safety Compliance
As well as launching the firm’s new division, Dominic will conduct risk assessments for clients on topics ranging from Covid-19 to fire, health and safety. He will also provide additional risk assessments based on clients’ requirements and will provide an outsourced competent person service.

Senior HSE Management Consultant
HR Solutions recruited Dominic during lockdown following a series of Microsoft Team interviews with Greg and the Board of Directors followed by a socially distanced interview. Dominic, along with the rest of the HR Solutions team, is currently working from home.
He said: “I am very excited about joining the team at HR Solutions and the prospect of shaping our new health and safety service for clients.
“This is a real opportunity, especially in the current climate, to work closely with partners and the HR Solutions team to develop a really unique and exciting health and safety package that includes a training academy and bespoke services for all sizes of businesses.”
HR Solutions plans to recruit additional HSE consultants within the next six months to further support its UK client base.
