HR Solutions has won a deal that will see Cambridge-based International Workplace Limited (IWL) transfer work to our HR consultancy business.
The deal has been valued at £90,000 and will see IWL transfer the work delivered under its Workplace Law brand to HR Solutions. This new agreement will see IWL transfer 14 clients and contracts to HR Solutions, enabling IWL to focus on the development of its new digital learning service, Workplace DNA, while ensuring its HR clients are well-looked after by a trusted provider.
As part of the business agreement, HR Solutions has also engaged Terry Hayward from IWL as a HR consultant. Terry has joined HR Solutions and will continue to manage the Workplace Law clients, as well as support the wider HR Solutions team with other projects and clients.

IWL started life in 1995 producing legal updates for facilities managers, as well as workplace training courses in health and safety and leadership and management. In 2005 it introduced its Workplace Law service to support companies with HR and health and safety law.
