James’ role
As an Operations Director, James is responsible for a team of consultants, fire risk assessors, fire project work, and a wide range of clients.

Career progression

I started with Essential Safety in an admin support role, having previously carried out risk assessments in a previous role. Essential Safety allowed me to progress through training to reach the position I am in today. I have been lucky enough to have been able to study whilst working for Essential Safety and have completed a number of additional qualifications.

Company culture
Since we joined HR Solutions I have been very impressed with how committed they are to staff well-being both inside and outside of the organisation.
