As a HR Administrator, I assist our clients with their HR admin needs including recruitment and the HR database.

Career progression
HR Solutions has really helped me to kick start my career. Having completed my degree in HR one year ago, I feel that I have already been able to learn so much from all of the experts around me.

Company culture
I genuinely enjoy coming to work and feel that HR Solutions wants its employees to be engaged. We all like to have a laugh and even have things such as baking competitions and company nights out.

Working at HR Solutions
I really enjoy my role within HR Solutions, I find it highly motivating and feel happy when I can help clients to resolve their issues, however big or small. I find the role very rewarding.

If I ever have any questions or concerns I can go to anyone in the team and for me, it’s not hierarchical in that sense, which is a nice environment to work in.

I really recommend working for HR Solutions for anybody at any level of their career,  there are great opportunities for development and it’s a great team to work with.
